隆普文达，瓦班算博可以称得上是现代其中一位可以制作灵力很强的招财神龟牌的师傅。隆普文达在佛年2555年往生，享年102岁和82年的僧侣生涯。隆普文达一直都不想制作佛牌一直到师傅99岁才愿意开始制作佛牌，原因是师傅不想出名。隆普文达其实是比隆普刘跟加早就学会和领悟制作神龟的法门，就因为师傅之前都不愿意出牌所以师傅的神龟牌就没那么出名和贵。除此之外，名气响当当的隆婆坤大师也曾经在苦行时遇见隆普文达，还和隆普文达学了招财的经咒。隆普文达也可以说是圣僧隆婆坤的恩师之一。在佛年251多年，隆普文达还经常到瓦畔莱帮忙隆婆坤建庙。除此之外，著名大师隆普堪布（LPKambu）做法会必请帮忙加持开光的师傅一定是隆普文达。隆普文达在年事已高后，徒弟们的苦苦哀求下师傅才答应出起了佛牌来帮助有需要的人。佩戴师傅的佛牌都有很多不可思议的经验，在短期内就可以看到进步和生活有很大的改善。意外没事的，生意不好的，人缘不好的，在佩戴师傅的圣物后个个都有很好的改善。师傅最拿手的法门为招财法门，对做买卖的和做生意直销的效果特别明显。很强。。。
